Two Sous Chefs required We are looking for passionate and energetic chefs who can lead by example and set themselves high standards. You must be the sort of person who wants to get involved and will go the extra mile. You would be working for a high end Deli. One position is in the shop and one in the production unit


The Sous Chef for the shop is a more front facing role in that the shop is open plan and a presentable chef is essential. You need to be efficient and have a good kitchen speed to achieve the workload. You would be responsible for the shop production on the days that the head chef is off and require creativity and attention to detail and good food presentation skills, a passion for seasonal, simple but tasty food. You would take responsibility of the orders and running of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence. This is a 3-4 chef team on a busy day. Involvement in the health and safety procedures. Safe and clean running of the kitchen.

Salary start £23-24k per annum

The sous chef position for the unit would be an opportunity for a senior CDP to take on their first jnr sous chef role which would involve over seeing the production kitchen and managing a team of about 5 chefs. Development of products for the shop. Involvement in the health safety, and smooth running and maintenance of the kitchen.

Salary start: £20-22k per annum

You will be required to work 5 days a week and this will include weekend work - Hours are normally 7am - 6pm daily
