If you have not touched base for a while please do so and always send in your updated references, copy of your passport and visa (if applicable) and up to date CV so that you can put yourself in the best possible position to secure work quickly. You will also need an up to date Food Hygiene certificate. If you are available for last minute weekend jobs you should text our emergency blackberry on 07827989383 with your full name on Friday mornings if you would like to work - either out of London or in. This applies to waiting staff, cooks and general pairs of hands. Please be assured if you text the number you are on the list.
