Paul has over twenty years of experience in the recruitment industry. He has been associated with the Empresaria Group since 2001, when he became Managing Director of their subsidiary company Teamsales. In addition to his current role at Lumleys (and its sister company Greycoat Placements), Paul remains the Managing Director of Teamsales.
email PaulStephanie has been working at Lumleys sister company, Greycoat Placements since 1998 and has been involved with Lumleys since 2008. Stephanie is a Director and since returning from Maternity Leave she oversees much of the day to day operations at Lumleys. A graduate of Kings College London, Stephanie also holds a Masters in Personnel Management.
Ella has previous experience in catering for both private and corporate clients cooking all around England, Scotland and Internationally. She works with Claire covering all temporary and short-term placements.
email EllaClaire has over ten years experience in hospitality covering everything from managing kitchens to weddings and large events. Claire is closely involved with the training and assessing of Lumleys staff and on-site client liaison as well as the day to day placement of temporary and short-term staff together with Ella.
email ClaireHannah has a background for working in hospitality as well as recruitment. She looks after the Permanent Chefs and managing our Ski Season placements.
email HannahSarah is a qualified accountant and has worked within the Empresaria Group of Companies for many years. Sarah co-ordinates all our staff payroll plus financial account management.
email SarahTracy has responsibility for all marketing and advertising and is based in the London office on Mondays.
email TracyJo has extensive experience in office administration following a successful career in the Luxury Travel industry in both operations and sales. She is also a qualified chef and sailing instructor. Her role within Lumleys is Office Manager.
